SELF-GUIDED TOURS
Docents at the museum offer a 9-minute film on the history of the fort before providing a map of the parade grounds, highlighting which buildings/exhibits are open to the public. Visitors are welcome to tour the grounds from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, seven days a week.
PRIVATE GROUP TOURS
Visitors are welcome to explore the grounds of Fort Stanton State Monument at any time, year round. We can also provide private group tours for groups of 10 or more on request at no extra charge during Museum Hours.
FORT STANTON AFTER DARK
Don't miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore the grounds and buildings of Fort Stanton after dark. Hosted in June and October, the cost is $10 per person (adults and children). Learn more >
